VSG - Virgin Sun Grown are produced in the Tabacalera A. Fuente for Ashton. The powerful blend is characterized by its dark, oily Sumatra seed wrapper from Ecuador and a strong blend of matured Dominican tobaccos. The wrappers grown in the Andes are fermented to extract oils and intensify the color, resulting in a powerful, flavor-intensive experience.
When the VSG series came onto the market in 1999, it was one of the strongest blends and started a trend.
