Davidoff Grand Cru Cigars

The name "Grand Cru" was chosen in reference to winemaking and means something like "great growth". It is used to indicate high quality or the best vineyard location. Originally, the series was called "Chateaux" and each cigar was named after a well-known winery in the Bordeaux region. After the end of the cooperation with Cuba in the 1990s, production was moved to the Dominican Republic and the name was changed.
