Outer cartons

Our outer cartons are largely made of recycled paper. Depending on their condition, the boxes are suitable for reuse.

Dispose of the outer cartons via your household paper waste (blue bin).

Filling paper

To protect your goods from external influences, we use filling paper made of 99% recycled paper.

Dispose of the paper in your paper waste (blue bin).

Air chamber cushions

Occasionally, especially for bulky items, we use air chamber cushions as packaging material. These come exclusively from incoming packages from our suppliers. We ourselves do not introduce any air chamber cushions into circulation and thus make a small contribution to the reduction of plastic waste.

You can dispose of the air chamber cushions (deflated) in the recycling waste (yellow bin).

Bubble wrap

Bubble wrap has proven effective for packaging tobacco jars and clay pipes. Whenever possible, we reuse bubble wrap from incoming packages from our suppliers. If none is available to us, we use bubble wrap from our stock for those products. We recommend that you keep the film and use it again for your packages.

You can dispose of the bubble wrap in the recycling waste (yellow bin).

Wood wool

We use wood wool as an environmentally friendly yet decorative filling material for our gift packaging.

Wood wool is 100% biologically degradable and is disposed of in the organic waste or your own compost.

Gift packaging

The gift packaging we use is made of coated cardboard.

You are welcome to reuse the elegant yet robust gift packaging or dispose of it in the paper waste (blue bin).

Gift ribbons

For decorative purposes and as a closure for our gift packaging, we use elastic pre-tied ribbons. These are durable and can be used multiple times. Keep the ribbons and feel free to use them again.

You can dispose of the pre-tied ribbons in the residual waste (black bin).

Folder, flyers, business cards, invoice

In our packages you will find your shipping folder. This contains your invoice, our business card with the various contact options, a return slip and, if applicable, a flyer.

This folder including the inserts is of course intended for your storage. 

If you would still like to dispose of it, you can do so in the paper waste (blue bin).

Tobacco sample bags

For order values of 50 euros or more, you can select one or more tobacco samples in the online shop. The tobacco is hygienically packaged in a resealable bag.

After smoking the tobacco sample, you can continue to use the bag for yourself or dispose of it in the recycling waste (yellow bin).

Cigar bags

To ensure the shipping of individual cigars is as lossless as possible, we additionally package them in an airtight zipper bag. This high-quality zipper bag is made from a so-called mono-material and is therefore 100% recyclable.

Please dispose of it in the recycling waste (yellow bin) or continue to use it for your own purposes.

Christmas cookies (only during the Christmas season)

During Advent, we also send a small sweet treat to all customers. 

The outer packaging is also disposed of in the recycling waste (yellow bin), and the cinnamon star is enjoyed.
