The Robert Lewis tobacconist was founded in 1787. It is the oldest tobacconist still operating in London.
Originally, these tobaccos were only available for purchase in the shop in London, but they can now also be enjoyed in Germany.
They are traditional English-style blends.
Walter Clopton Wingfield was a pioneer of 19th-century lawn tennis. A bust of him can still be seen in the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum. He was also a valued customer of Robert Lewis.
The tobacco is primarily based on red and golden Virginia tobaccos. Very small amounts of Latakia and Black Cavendish are also included.
