ELDURIS Pipe Tobacco II Gods & Aromatics
After a long and intensive period of preparation, we are continuing our ELDURIS series. Following on from the natural varieties Asgard, Midgard and Utgard, named after three worlds from Norse mythology, we are now proud to present three further varieties:
- Idun – goddess of fertility and immortality
- Sif – goddess with golden hair and wife of Thor
- Vidar – god of the forest and nature
ELDURIS IDUN
As the goddess of youth, fertility, and immortality, Idun is also the guardian of golden apples. She is often depicted as a beautiful woman with a basket full of apples.
ELDURIS Idun is a fresh blend of Virginia, Burley, and Black Cavendish with the aroma of sweet apples.
Once upon a time, Idun and her basket of apples were kidnapped. This caused the gods to age and turn gray. Idun was rescued at great risk and by the skin of her teeth, and youth returned. Idun's apples grant the gods eternal youth when they eat them, thus bestowing upon them immortality.

ELDURIS SIF
As summer draws to a close, nature is in full bloom. The ears of grain in the undulating fields are plump and ready to be harvested. Fruit trees are laden with ripe fruit. The goddess Sif, wife of Thor, with her beautiful blonde hair, symbolizes this time of abundance.
ELDURIS Sif is a blend of Virginia, Burley, and Black Cavendish grapes, with a touch of Broken Virginia. A gentle aroma of ripe plums hovers over everything.
Sif's golden hair is said to be the most beautiful hair in all the worlds and embodies the ripe grain of the harvest and thus also fertility.

ELDURIS VIDAR
In Norse mythology, Vidar is the god of the forest and nature. He lives in a beautiful area called Landwidi. A quiet and peaceful place covered with shrubs and tall grasses.
ELDURIS Vidar is a mild mixture of Virginia, Burley and Black Cavendish with the fruity aroma of mild wild berries. To ensure a cool smoking experience, Vidar Ready Rubbed contains ready rubbed tobacco and cubes.
Despite Vidar's calm, quiet and friendly nature, he is still one of the most powerful Aesir. At the time of Ragnarök – the end of the gods – Vidar plays an important role. With the help of his shoe, which is made of many small pieces of leather left over from human production, Vidar is able to stand up to the voracious Fenris wolf and ultimately defeat him.
