Stanwell is actually a pipe manufacturer from Denmark. Founded by Poul Nielsen in 1948. The pipe tobaccos are sold by the Scandinavian Tobacco Group and offer the lover of Danish pipe tobacco almost everything his heart desires.
After a recipe of Poul Stanwell himself, Virginias and Burley were aged for three years in separate wooden caskets before being processed further. After adding a bir of dark fired Kentucky and Oriental to these compartments, a full bodied and yet soft blend with good burning comes to live. The aroma of fruits and vanilla mixes into the blend very well.

Typischer Däne
Leicht und trotzdem vollmundig. Der Tabak schmeckt hervorragend und das Vanille Aroma ist sehr schön, unaufdringlich. Feine Raumnote.
