Since 1990, extraordinary pipe tobaccos have been crafted in a historic, over 100-year-old malt house on the Elbe slope in Lauenburg, Germany. As an authentic craft manufacturer, DTM Dan Tobacco bridges the gap left by industrial mass production, preserving rare tobacco specialties and natural mixtures made with true artisan passion.
With "The Manager," Dan Tobacco (DTM) presents an exceptional specialty for enthusiasts of naturally sweet Virginias who are looking for something truly distinctive. Crafted as a pure ready-rubbed blend, this pipe tobacco offers a perfect balance of excellent burning qualities and a complex, flavorful experience.
The inspiration for the flavoring comes from "horchata", a traditional Spanish-Mexican refreshment. Distinctive notes of dried, fruity seeds, fine almond, and crisp nuts were created specifically for this blend. In the pipe bowl, this mild, earthy-sweet flavor harmoniously melds with the naturally sweet character of the matured Virginia tobacco.
The result is a smooth, medium-bodied smoking experience in which nutty and fruity accents gently underscore the honest tobacco base without overpowering it.
