Cask Aged is a creation by A.J. Fernandez. The hand-made longfillers enjoy a second fermentation in the exhausted, hand-picked Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Spain's renowned Casknolia Cooperage. As in the Barrel Aged series, there is a cooperation with the renowned fine distillery "Rabbit Hole".
