Holger Danske is a character from the heroic sagas of Denmark. It was elevated to the status of a national symbol in popular ballads. Currently, Holger Danske is said to be in a deep, everlasting sleep. But as soon as the Danish kingdom is in greatest danger, he will wake up in the hour of need and go into battle to defend his country.
The Holger Danke tobaccos come from the Planta company. A traditional company that is still family-run and is now part of the Scandinavian Tobacco Group. Planta has extensive knowledge and a wealth of experience in mixing pipe tobacco.
Double fermented Cavendish together with roasted Burley tobacco. A pleasant mild aroma of Bourbon whiskey characterizes this balanced tobacco.

Sehr gut!
Ein beeindruckender "Aromat"! Der ideale Begleiter, um zwischendurch mal etwas ganz anderes zu rauchen. Hier stimmt alles: Geschmack mit einer endlich mal wirklich erfahrbaren leichten Whiskynote, Feuchtigkeit, Abbrandverhalten! Bravo!

Sehr gut!

Schmeckt gut aber neu viel zu feucht
Geschmacklich sehr gut.hatte allerdings das Problem das mir bei frisch aus dem Pouch entnommenen Tabak andauernd die Pfeife ausgeht. Nach zwei Tagen trocknen habe ich das Problem nicht mehr

angenehmes Mundgefühl
Der milde Tabakmix entspricht meinen Geschmack.Der Rauch ist sehr angenehm und hat nach meinen Geschmack eine leichte Whiskynote
