The Montecristo Puritos are small, elegant cigarillos from Cuba, perfect for a short smoke break.
more product details
Montecristo is one of the most famous and best-selling Havana cigars in the world. The brand was founded in 1935 by Alonso Menéndez and Pepe Garcia and is named after Alexandre Dumas' novel "The Count of Monte Cristo," which was read aloud in cigar factories. The brand quickly became so successful that Menéndez purchased the H. Upmann factory in 1937 to expand production.
The Montecristo Puritos are robust cigarillos, the size of a small cigar. They impress with a full, earthy, and slightly sweet cold aroma. Upon lighting, an intense aroma with strong spice and a slight heat immediately unfolds. This short but distinctive smoking experience lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
