After Rocky Patel sold his law firm, in which he represented well-known Hollywood stars, he traveled to Honduras to pursue his passion, cigars. For five years he learned every arduous step of tobacco cultivation and cigar production.
"Indian Tabac Bend" was the name of his first brand, which laid the foundation for a meteoric career in 1990. He traveled to many countries, built up connections with tobacco farmers, always on the lookout for the best tobacco. His cigars have won numerous prizes and awards and are highly praised in specialist magazines.
The rich brown Corojo wrapper from Honduras of the Dark Star Robusto by Rocky Patel is adorned with three belly bands. Part of the filler mixture consists of seeds from Paraguay which are grown in Honduras. A harmonious flavor composition is revealed after a smoking time of about an hour. The medium-strong smoke shows aromas of spices, coffee, chocolate as well as nuts and fruit.
