Behind the VAUEN GULLIVER lies a story of a long journey involving many small, intricate handcrafting steps. Before this pipe is finished, it undergoes an artistic transformation, most evident in the exquisite inlay work of the wooden ring on the shank. Individual segments are carefully selected from various precious woods, joined together, turned on a lathe, and shaped by hand. Only after this "journey" is the ring attached to the shank, making the GULLIVER a true statement of traditional craftsmanship.
