Nørding Pipes

Originally a blacksmith and engineer, Erik Nørding did not find his passion in woodworking but has always been fascinated by metals and machines. Through this path he finally discovered his passion for pipe making. An interesting interview with Erik Nørding about his beginnings can be found at Pipedia. Some renowned pipe makers, such as Poul Ilsted or Peder Jeppesen, started their careers in Erik Nørding's workshop. Today, Erik's son Knud and Knud's son Victor also work in the family business in Slangerup, just outside Copenhagen. Nørding pipes offer a wide range of freehands, handmade and series pipes.
