For a Group 7 pipe, only flawless briar with a beautiful and dense grain is used. Birds eyes look at us at the bottom of the bowl, reminiscent of vortex in wild waters. The large areas look impressive on the viewer. The owner of this pipe can look forward not only to a first-class, but also a very rare smoking device, because briar of this quality is rarely found.

Peder Jeppesen from near Roskilde is one of the most famous Danish pipe makers of our time. He got a lot of his artisinal skill from the great pipe makers Karl Erik Ottendahl (Karl Erik pipes) and Erik Nørding (Nørding Pipes). For  decades he put all his experience into the building of the Neerup pipes.
