The Brian Orton Pipe #15 has a gently sandblasted finish. Like the mouthpiece, the shank is made of acrylic.
more product details
Brian Orton from Oregon, USA has been building remarkably good pipes for many years. We were particularly impressed by their good smoking properties. So not only are they beautiful, they are also extremely smoker-friendly. What all of his pipes have in common is the detailed design of the surface, which is painstakingly made. His “moss covered tree stump pipe” is internationally known.
The stem and mouthpiece of this pipe are made of the same acrylic rod. The creamy look was created by gentle sandblasting together with a matching color. The wood of the pipe bowl darkens slightly over time.
