Rattray's looks back on a long history. It was in 1911 when Charles Rattray, a trained pipe tobacco blender, fulfilled his dream of owning his own pipe shop in Perth, Scotland. Today, the brand with Celtic roots is known for its pipes bearing the Triskele logo and pipe tobaccos, mostly made with traditional Scottish blends.
With the Rattray's Pipe of the Year 2023, also called POTY (Pipe Of The Year), you are holding one of the most beautiful Rattray's pipes in your hands. With the worldwide limitation to 300 pieces, it is also very rare.
It has a classic army look with a 9mm filter option. The metal olive adorns the representation of a Celtic-inspired rabbit as a circumferential band, because 2023 is the year of the rabbit in the Chinese zodiac. The sign of the zodiac stands for longevity, peace and prosperity.
