Erinmore

Traditional enjoyment with an Irish soul

Since 1810, Erinmore has stood for premium pipe tobaccos. Founded by the Murray brothers in Belfast, the brand is now produced by the Scandinavian Tobacco Group according to closely guarded original recipes. The name "Erinmore" combines the Gaelic word for Ireland (Erin) with "great" (mor). The trademark, the pineapple, comes from the Murray family crest and symbolizes hospitality.

Erinmore is one of the most recognizable and historical names in the global pipe tobacco landscape. The brand’s rich identity combines the Gaelic words Erin (Ireland) and mór (great), while its famous pineapple trademark—derived from the Murray family crest—serves as an enduring symbol of warmth and Irish hospitality. At the core of the Erinmore experience is a meticulous selection of prime Virginia leaves, light Burley, and dark-fired tobaccos. Available in both traditional Flake and Ready Rubbed cuts, Erinmore is world-renowned for its signature aromatic topping: a unique, secret recipe infused with subtle notes of juicy pineapple, citrus, and floral spice that harmonizes beautifully with the natural strength of the leaf. Manufactured with precision under the stewardship of the Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), Erinmore burns cool, slow, and remarkably even. It delivers a full-bodied, satisfying smoke accompanied by a uniquely pleasant, nostalgic room aroma. A true historic classic for pipe smokers who appreciate character, strength, and Irish heritage.
