The Pipe of the Year 2020 by Peterson, had multiple weeks of delay of production due to the Corona Virus Lockdown, but is finally available now.

This year Peterson gave us a thick walled bent with the guarantee of a pleasant haptic. The origin of this shape can be traced back to the so called republic era of Peterson in the early 50s. During that time all pipes were stamped with "Made in the Republic of Ireland". This shape was already rare back then and has been almost exclusively exported to the USA under this name. After all these decades Peterson now brings back this shape to the light of day.

A wide 925 sterling silver band with Dublin hallmarks can be found on the shank. A pipe limited to 400pc. worldwide.
