Superior quality serie of Rattrays

The Rattrays Highland represents very high-end quality and craftsmanship ,especially when it comes to Briar wood sort, the briar is superior.the final finishing is better than average Peterson has. These are Made in France
only downside if any is the mouthpiece material, it leave a lots to be desired,to me it seem more of the bakelite than Acryle,because it has softer tooth-feel, definitevely is not made of vulcanite.Moreover
Does the Rattrays offer aftermarket service to the pipes likewise as Peterson does,? I will find it out in the future
